Paul Harris is Owner and COO of H&M Transmission and Automotive responsible for daily operations, quality overview, and specialty transmission production. Paul started his own business in Hutchison Kansas in 1996. In 2004, he moved to Castle Rock and worked at the Transmission Clinic, LLC, where he established a solid business leading to the store’s most profitable year in 2005. In 2006 he moved to Mr Transmission in Colorado Springs. There, he improved the store so dramatically, it went from #135 of 152 stores nationwide to #12. In 11 years at H&M, Paul continues to be key to the business gaining and annual 15 to 20% increase in gross sales.
Greg is our Service Writer with over 20 years experience. Graduate of McPherson College with a bachelor’s degree in Restoration Technology, he owned his own restoration shop for over 7 years. Greg enjoys his spare time with his wife and 2 young boys.
Mike is our lead transmission builder with over 34 years of experience and brings invaluable knowledge to our team. Steve is ASE certified in trans- axles and transmissions and has been a pivotal addition to H&M ensuring faster turn-around times for transmission rebuild and repairs. He has been married for 35 years, has 3 boys and the proud grandpa of 4 grand kids. Mike enjoys drag racing and classic cars.
Stephana is our Shop Manager and facilitates all of our clerical and administrative operations. She is a avid quilter and mother of 3 who has over 20 years of administrative experience. Steph holds an AS in Business Management and a BS in Criminal Justice. Steph has been an invaluable addition to H&M and has been pivotal in the administration and clerical aspects of the company.
Dillon is a Colorado native and a Pickens Technical College graduate in 2011 with over 8 years experience in the automotive industry. He is our lead transmission R&R technician. Dillon runs our diesel emissions testing and is the cornerstone of our general auto repair and heavy driveline work.
Zane has joined our team for the summer to get hands on experience. He graduated from Douglas County High School and is currently enrolled at Northeastern Junior College studying Automotive Technology. Zane is a member of NLBRA in Team Roping and a Barrel Man with armature rodeos.
