Mike McNairy is the Co-Owner and CEO of H&M Transmission and Automotive and H&M Collision and Auto Body responsible for overall operations and resources for both companies. He holds Bachelors of Science degree from Ohio University and a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mike grew up in Southern Ohio, graduated and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. After 21 years of Service, he retired and joined Paul Harris in creating H&M Transmission and Automotive and H&M Collision and Auto Body.
Paul Harris is Co-owner and COO of H&M Transmission and Automotive and H&M Collision and Auto Body responsible for daily operations, quality overview, and specialty transmission production. Paul started his own business in Hutchison Kansas in 1996. In 2004, moved to Castle Rock and worked at the Transmission Clinic, LLC, where he established a solid business leading to the store’s most profitable year in 2005. In 2006 he moved to Mr Transmission in Colorado Springs. There, he improved the store so dramatically, it went from #135 of 152 stores nationwide to #12. In 5 years of business at H&M, Paul continues to be key to the business gaining and annual 15 to 20% increase in gross sales.
Steve Wisecarver holds down the front office as our Service Manager. Steve has over 18 years of experience in the automotive repair and parts industry and has managed service for 12 years. Steve was born in Oregan, but grew up in Colorado. He followed his family around the country and then came back to Colorado in 1995. He recently moved over to H&M and lends a great deal of experience to our sales and support staff.
Brenna McLaughlin is our customer service specialist who greets our customers, manages logistical administration and runs our customer retention programs. She is a 2009 graduate of Chaparral High School and resides in Parker.
John Downing plays a pivotal role at H&M as our dispatcher and logistics manager. John has 17 years experience in the automotive repair industry and is a proud member of the US Marine Corps and served in the Desert storm. John hales from Idaho and has been living in Colorado for the past 10 years.
John Kreideweis. is our lead transmission builder with 27 years of experience in automotive repair. He graduated from Universal Technical Institute of Arizona as a master Ford technician specialist but maintains expertise in 6 ASEs. He is originally from Texas, moved throughout the southwest and landed in Colorado in 1995 where he has been a resident of Denver.
Chris Sperry is an 18 year general technician who specializes in transmission removal and installation. He started his career in Dodge and Chrysler, but has established expertise in multiple applications. Chris is a Douglas County graduate and currently resides in Kiowa.
James Grahn is H&M’s work horse technician performing all aspects of general repair specializing in heavy driveline operations. He maintains 6 disciplines of the ASEs and maintains proficiency in most makes and models. James grew up in Texas and currently resides in Aurora.
Cliff Emberton rounds out the team with 25+ years of experience in auto body, collision repair and refinish. He is one of the best body technicians in the area and maintains primary certification in frame repair and refinish application. Cliff started in Kansas from the ground up and took over Midway Auto Body and Glass in 1995. In 2007, he came to Colorado to help fellow Kansas man, Pix Browning at Collision Services Inc, and then moved to H&M Collision and Auto Body in 2010 and has been our lead Auto Body Technician ever since.
